CHARACTERISTICS: Dry system extruder, with full expansion of starch products producing perfect forms, with agreable taste. System conceived through several researches and pattern construction, incorporating recent technology of simple operation.
 
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: Extruder EX SHELL model, structure, electrical board, cooling cameras, silo, homogenizer, side covers and exit tap, totally produced in stainless steel. Start up by triphasic electrical engine Weg of 30 HP, coupled by speed reducer supplied by Cestari. Horizontal homogenizer, owning internal blades, with continual water feeding, through "rotametro" and start up by triphasic electrical engine and frequency inversor Weg of 2 HP. Electrical board with components made by Siemens.
