EXTRUDER SET:
DOUBLE CONDITIONER: Manufactured in stainless steel, with internal vanes for homogenizing the product. It contains flowmeter for dosaging the flowing water. It does not need a boiler.
CONDITIONER FEEDING SILO:
Manufactured in stainless steel, with helical screw for feeding. Driven by electric motor, with variable speed by frequence inverter.
EXTRUDER: EX-80R model, structure, electric panel, cooling chambers, silo, homogenizer, exit side lids totaly manufactured in stainless steel. Driven by three fase electric motor Weg of 15 HP, with varied rotation by frequency inverter. Cut system, driven by three phase electric motor and frequency inverter Weg of 1 HP. Electric panel with Siemens components.
